Medford Kitchen

This project is a remodeling of an existing kitchen in Medford, New Jersey. The design concept, “Less is more,” is accomplished by using high quality finishes and workmanship in a simplified space with clean lines and minimal ornament, inspired by Japanese form and space. The design combines well-constructed Shaker style cabinets with sleek stainless hardware and state-of-the-art appliances to achieve a contemporary feel.

Riverdale Renovation

A renovation of a three bedroom apartment in Riverdale, New York, is defined by the design concept -- "contrast." The walls, floors, ceilings, moldings, doors,  and hardware, as well as the kitchen and bathrooms are without decorative ornament to contrast and not compete with the fine antiques and collectables. High quality fixtures and finishes are used to create the beauty of the contemporary kitchen and baths.

Park Avenue Library

In this Park Avenue library, the fabrics and upholstered pieces were updated, while the wood furniture, built-in bookshelves and antique Persian carpet were maintained. A pumpkin colored sofa sits on a predominantly red carpet and subtly picks up the orange tones in the rug, while a golden upholstered armchair with orange undertones sits across the room. The colors in the fabric of the upholstered desk chair relate to the Tibetan Thangka paintings, and its floral pattern complements the rug.
